GOOD INDIAN REOPENS: RESTAURANT DIWALI

A reader (Thanks Alix) sent in this note about a good Indian restaurant that recently reopened. Sounds like it is definitely worth checking out.

The Indian restaurant in Steinentorstrasse (the car park street behind Steinenvorstadt), which temporarily turned Turkish for a while is now Indian again and the food is excellent! It’s now called the Diwali and has good service, good food, decent-sized servings, at average Basel prices. Highly recommended. Tel: 061 281 2343.
